• Can I update my own website after it’s built?

  Absolutely. Every site we build is designed so you can easily make updates to text, images, and pages if you wish.

• Will my website be mobile friendly?

  Yes. All websites we build are fully responsive, meaning they look great and perform well on phones, tablets, and desktops.

• How long does it take to build a website?

  Timelines vary depending on scope, but most one-page websites are ready within 1–2 weeks, while full multi-page sites typically take 3–6 weeks from content delivery to launch.

• Can you migrate my existing website content?

  Absolutely. We can transfer content from your old website, organize it, and make sure it fits your new site’s design and SEO structure.

• Do you require full payment upfront?

  No. For website builds, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due at launch.

• What’s included in a Care Plan?

  Care Plans cover regular backups and updates for WordPress and all plugins, with checks to ensure updates don’t cause any issues or breaking changes on your site. We also perform routine performance reviews, uptime monitoring, and security checks. Our team handles the technical maintenance so your website continues running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

• Do I need a Care Plan after launch?

  While it’s not required if you want to self host and manage your website, we do not offer hosting without maintenance. WordPress websites need ongoing updates and monitoring to stay secure and perform well. Our Care Plans ensure everything stays up to date and protected.

• Can I cancel my Care Plan anytime?

  Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. There’s no long-term contract, and you’ll continue to receive service until the end of your billing period.

Depending on your business’ needs, we will set up custom post types and set it up so that dynamic content you publish is automatically displayed on your website without needing to edit individual pages.

• Do your websites include SEO?

  All of our website builds include a Technical SEO setup to ensure your site performs well, loads quickly, and is structured for search engines. On Page SEO is a separate service that focuses on optimizing your content for specific keywords and audiences. We can provide an initial SEO strategy to set a strong foundation, as well as ongoing monitoring and adjustments to help your site continue improving in search results.
